Frequently Asked Questions

You can cancel any upcoming booking through the "My Bookings" section. Just tap on the booking and select "Cancel Booking".

Invoices are available for all completed stays in the "My Bookings" history tab. Tap "Download Invoice" on the specific stay card.

Standard check-in is usually at 12:00 PM. For early check-in, please contact the property manager directly using the details on your booking confirmation.
